01IRTAG network organisation
IRTAG Sàrl is the franchisor, operates the IRTAG brand and the websites www.irtag.ch and gestion.irtag.ch, and has its registered office in Saxon, Valais.
Regional operators are franchisees linked to IRTAG Sàrl by franchise agreements. Each runs its own business with full legal, economic, administrative and financial independence and bears the risks of its own operations. They are not branches, employees or legal representatives of IRTAG Sàrl.
Each franchisee is solely responsible for its personnel, tax and social obligations, insurance and the permits required for its activity. The franchisee responsible for the service is identified in the booking confirmation.
Online and TWINT payments
Whenever an online or TWINT payment is collected in the name of IRTAG Sàrl, the purchase is made from IRTAG Sàrl.
If a service is supplied and invoiced by an independent franchisee, its identity and applicable conditions are stated before payment.
